This week I took care of the baby of a Hutterite couple from Montana. He was ready to go home today and as the famiily was gathering up their things they thanked me for being so kind and gave me a dozen eggs! Isn't that awesome?
Yes, the people who looked like Pilgrims. So, I didn't ask if they were from their own chickens but they were brown eggs in a Montana egg carton. Eggs are only like $1.20/dozen so why would you go to the trouble of bringing a carton of eggs all the way from Montana unless they were special eggs? That's what I tell myself, anyway.

ReplyDeleteHey I saw them walking around the hospital last Sunday. That is very cool. Were home hatched eggs? I'm guessing not if they are here from out of town.
