Today I tried removing my third ingrown toenail ever--not my personal toenail, my third attempt on a real, live patient. I did great with the digital block, that's been my main problem before. Totally numb without any do-overs this time. Alas, the blasted nail was so embedded I couldn't just flip it out. I don't know if it was as bad as the picture below but I had a bit of a struggle, had to go ask for help.
I haven't had to deal with any plantar warts yet, this is just for gross-out purposes. Eew!!
That's so gross! Joe says" that's so cool, the red areas are where the capillaries are near the surface and ..." I told him "that's why you do what you do, you think it's cool while other people think it's gross"
