I have a new theory, purely anecdotal.
I think deniers of vinegar would actually really like and use it more if they had not already satisfied their need for something acidic with other things such as fruit, soda, juice, gatorade, crystal light etc.
I use it for cleaning purposes. A judicious mix of vinegar, ammonia and baking soda does two things, cleans very well, whilst getting rid of nasty odors and furthermore the aroma is soul restoring and lifts your heart. I strongly recommend it. Now as for drinking it......I notice you did not offer me a "drink" of vinegar when I arrived at your house last night..... :) Thanks again for dinner and the tomatoes. Very nice.
